Akademik Bağımsız Denetim A.Ş. (Academic Independent Auditing Inc.) was founded in Ankara on December 13, 1994, to provide independent auditing, tax, and consulting services. In 2019, it underwent a radical transformation and relocated to Istanbul, bringing a breath of fresh air to the independent auditing sector within the scope of public offerings, the Capital Markets Board (CMB), and the KGK (Political Oversight Board). Led by Responsible Partner and Chief Auditor Ahmet Aker, Master’s Degree, CPA, it continues its journey in the auditing sector with an approach that sees the unseen and does the undone.
